Food is powerful.
It has the power to make or break your day. It has the power to lifts your spirits up when you’re down. It makes you forget your frustrations even just for a moment. It takes you back to the happy moments of your childhood. It makes you go on a trip down memory lane to meals shared with family and loved ones who have passed on. It helps make get-togethers with friends more fun. It lets you connects to people, even random strangers. It teaches you a lot about a place you’re visiting. Best of all, it makes you want to share!
That’s why I decided to share with you my recipes and food adventures. It doesn’t have to be expensive or elaborate all the time! If everybody made the time or effort to eat delicious everyday, I think the world can become a better place.
